Memories

Here are the rules:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! If you don't have a google ID you can post a comment and click anonymous as your identity -- just make sure to sign your name so I know who you are!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.It should be funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you (or if you don't have a blog I will e-mail you my memory!).

hmmmm....there are so many to choose from. I'm debating whether or not I should just start typing out the script for Nora's Christmas Gift, because I think I still have it memorized with as many times as we watched it. I definitely have to mention those horrid Doc Martin's you refused to get rid of, and who can forget the epitome of "encouraging" scriptures, good old Jacob 1:19! Got to love Elder Neeley! Bye!

Um....let's see. Band pant wednesday. The bubble gum fiasco. Nylons over your head. You in the cabinet. Many others...but not only do I remember these things, I have photographic proof. Ha. But so do you...

I just remember you and Carissa always trading shoes and clothes - you were so funny! I think I remember hiding from you two also and not letting you play with us (how rude!). You've grown up so cute!

By the way - I saw your link on Carissa's. Hope you don't mind! I also put your link on my blog -- is that okay?! It will be fun to see what you're up to since we never see you guys! I also put comments on your other posts so you'll have to check them out!

So many memories, like going to all of Mert's basketball games (that we could including snow and dixie), going to a late movie and then being so wired that we all dressed like the 80's and took a million pictures, Cheers theme song, and staying up all night sharing secrets. But the one thing I will never forget is the night we were in an ongoing snowball fight with the guys at Harris Hall. We knew they were outside, but to be safe I decided to stick a broom handle out the door (you know because a broom handle looks like a human and they would confuse it for us and throw the snowballs at it). They grabbed it and used it as leverage to keep the door open to keep throwing snow in our apartment. We had a blast as roommates!

YAY!!! I'm so excited you have a blog now! So exciting... Okay, you really need to read the Twilight series! What is your problem? hehe... I love it and you need to read it before the movie comes out in December! The first book is Twilight and the fourth book is coming out next week. Let me know what you think when you're done reading it.
Okay, memories of Amanda... So many! I remember driving up to your house in the back of your parents truck when we were pretty young. I tried to get you obsessed with Boyz II Men with me. Lol. I also remember you had such gorgeous tan skin and I was so jealous of you! I remember trading clothes when we went camping and I LOVED your clothes. I totally miss you and all the memories we've had. I'm glad I'll be able to see you in a couple weeks! We'll have to catch up!

"Put it in your mouth" Oh my heck-I totally forgot about that!!! I am laughing so hard! I would love to make it to the Luau-but sadly I cannot. Hopefully this will help us keep in contact. And I'm totally stoked for you in this new chapter of your life! You are awesome!!!

And I think I like your blogger rules! Heh.

I remember when you came and stayed with James and I right after we got married and I took you to IF to get your hair cut. I was afraid that the whole family was going to hate me for being the one to take you. Oh well...you looked gorgeous with or without the hair. I'm glad no one hated me.

ok, so I have been trying to think of some great memory to record here, but I keep thinking of the really goofy ones, like, stroganoff night! Can we say laugh out loud, and hard! recently the garage sale. I love garage sales. I think I will have one soon, bring your stuff...when the weather cools off.
